Sunbuggie assumes no liability regarding property damage, loss, theft, or personal injury. Helmets must be worn at all times. Eyewear is required. Damage can exceed the deposit. No checks accepted. Minimum age on most rentals is 18years. (passenger excluded) Operation of off-road vehicles is not allowed near or at any wildlife, or in any identified archeological or paleontological sites. It is illegal to remove any artifacts from the dunes. Careless or reckless driving will result in termination of your ride. Helmet must be worn at all times.
